• 1 x heaping Tablespoons baking pwdr
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp cream of tartar
•     cut in:
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 x egg
• 1 c. lowfat milk
