- 1 pkt Rice-A-Roni Chicken Flavor - (6.9 ounce)
- 12 x unpeeled garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â (or possibly vegetable oil)
- 1Â 1/2 tsp dry oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 114 tsp dry rosemary leaves (optional)
- 4 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 med tomato minced
- 4 x lemon wedges (optional)

- Prepare Rice-A-Roni Mix as package directs.
- While Rice-A-Roni is simmering, combine garlic cloves and oil in second large skillet. Cover; cook over medium heat 5 min.
- Combine seasonings; sprinkle over chicken.
- Push garlic to edge of skillet. Add in chicken; cook about 5 min on each side or possibly till chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove garlic with slotted spoon. Squeeze softened garlic over chicken; throw away garlic peels.
- Stir tomato into rice. Serve rice topped with chicken, juices, and lemon wedges.
