- 4 tablespoons hot water
- 3 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter

- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 2 cups snow peas
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
- lime wedges
- Cook pad thai noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- Combine teriyaki sauce, hot water, peanut butter, and red pepper flakes, stirring with a whisk.
