- 1 c. butter
- 3 tbsp. capers
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

- In large skillet, heat butter and saute/fry shrimp, capers, garlic, and lemon juice till shrimp is done, 5-10 min. Add in Parmesan and serve over spaghetti, linguine or possibly other pasta. Serves 4.
