Ingredients: 2 x shredded wheat(r) biscuits; 11 x Fluid Ounces boiling water (1 C. Plus 3 Tablespoons); 3 Tbsp. honey; 2 c. bread flour or possibly unbleached flour; 3/4 c. whole wheat flour bread; 1 1/4 tsp salt; 1 1/2 Tbsp. Gluten Flour, 100%; 2 Tbsp. wheat germ; 2 Tbsp. butter; 2 tsp active dry yeast

Ингредиенты

2 x shredded wheat(r) biscuits
11 x Fluid Ounces boiling water (1 C. Plus 3 Tablespoons)
3 Tbsp. honey
2 c. flour">bread flour or possibly unbleached flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour bread
1Â 1/4 tsp salt
1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Gluten Flour, 100%
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp active dry yeast

Инструкции

1. Crumble shredded wheat biscuits into bread machine pan. Add in honey and boiling water, stir and let stand 20 to 30 min, till lukewarm.
2. Add in remaining ingredients in order recommended by bread machine manufacturer. Set controls for regular or possibly basic bread.
Makes one 11/2-lb. loaf.
