- 2 c. bread cubes (crusts removed)
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 8 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese
- 8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter
Инструкции
- Add in lowfat milk to bread cubes; soak 5 min. Cook Large eggs in 2 Tbsp. butter, as for scrambled Large eggs, add in to soaked bread. Turn into greased 9" baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese then bacon. Brown bread crumbs in butter. Top casserole. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 10 to 15 min. May chill overnight before baking.
