- 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice chilled
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice chilled
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 quart orange sherbet
- 3 1/4 c. champagne chilled
- 10 x strawberries fresh, optional

- In punch bowl, combine pineapple, orange and lemon juices. Just before serving, scoop sherbet into punch bowl. Add in champagne, stirring gently.
- Garnish each glass with whole strawberry, if you like.
