Ингредиенты
- 1 lb. ground sirloin
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 lb. small red skin potatoes
- 1/4 c. 2% milk
- 3 TB butter
- 3 TB sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Brown sirloin with garlic in cast iron (or oven safe) skillet.
- Add mushrooms and carrots and cook until soft.
- Meanwhile dice potatoes and boil til tender.
- Drain and mash adding milk, butter, and sour cream.
- Spread mashed potatoes on top of the sirloin mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is browned and melted.
