- 1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 x clove garlic finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 x red bell pepper cored and seeded
- Â Â and sliced into thin strips
- 1 x yellow bell pepper cored and seeded
- Â Â and sliced into thin strips
- 3 x green onions sliced
- 3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 lb sugar snap peas
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 c. warm cooked rice

- Combine shrimp, ginger, cayenne pepper, garlic, sesame seeds and black pepper in a large, plastic food-storage bag.
- Heat sesame oil in a large wok or possibly skillet. Add in sweet peppers and green onions; saute/fry 3 to 4 min to soften slightly. Add in teriyaki sauce. Add in peas and shrimp with seasoning; saute/fry 4 min, or possibly till shrimp are opaque. Stir cornstarch into broth and add in to wok; cook, stirring, till mix boils. Sprinkle with salt.
- Fluff rice with fork. Spoon shrimp mix over rice.
