- 1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 2-3 tbsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1 chicken (3 lbs.), cut up
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Инструкции
- 1. Beat egg and lowfat milk together.
- 2. In a paper bag combine the flour, baking pwdr, sea salt, paprika and sesame seeds.
- 3. Dip chicken pcs in egg/lowfat milk mix.
- 4. Shake pcs in paper bag to coat.
- 5. Place pcs in baking dish.
- 6. Pour melted butter over pcs and bake till done 1 to 1 1/4 hrs. (Recipe can be doubled.)
