- 1 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Dash Pepper
- 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Pwdr

- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; blend well. Spoon mix onto a 6-inch square of aluminum foil and fold to make airtight. Label as Sesame Cheese Dip Mix. Store in a cold, dry place and use within 4 months.
- Makes 1 package (about 2 Tablespoons) of mix.

- Sesame-Cheese Dip: Combine 1 c. of lowfat sour cream and 1 package of mix.
- Refrigerateat least 1 hour before serving.
- Makes about 1 c. of dip.
- VARIATION: Substitute 1 c. yogurt for lowfat sour cream.
