- Stir in the sesame until it starts to get brown.
- Spread on a dry oiled marble top. Flatten with a rolling-pin while warm (1/2 inch thick), grease the rolling-pin with oil not to stick, cut in diamond shapes, let cold. Take off the marble top with a hard spatula. Keep away from humidity.
