- 2 avocados, pitted and diced
- 2 garlic clove, minced or pressed
- A handful of cilantro, roughly chopped
- 4 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup chickpea can juice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste (I used about 1 tsp
- salt)
