- 2 serrano chiles, thinly sliced
- 3 tomatoes, minced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of black pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil

- In a saucepan, heat veg. oil. Stir in onions, serrano chiles and garlic. Cook till onions are tender. Add in tomatoes, salt, black pepper and water. Simmer, uncovered for 10 min.
