Ингредиенты

2 serrano chiles, thinly sliced 3 tomatoes, minced 1/2 onion, minced 1 clove garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon salt Dash of black pepper 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. veg. oil

Инструкции

1. In a saucepan, heat veg. oil. Stir in onions, serrano chiles and garlic. Cook till onions are tender. Add in tomatoes, salt, black pepper and water. Simmer, uncovered for 10 min.
