Ингредиенты
- 3 x tomatillos husks removed
- 2 c. water
- 2 lrg avocados peeled and minced
- 2 x habanero chile minced
- 3 x cloves garlic
- 1 sm onion minced
Инструкции
- Combine the tomatillos and water and boil till they are soft, about 10 - 12 min. Drain and throw away the water.
- Puree all the ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor, adding a little water if needed to make the salsa smooth and creamy.
- Serve with tostadas or possibly on a bed of greens for a salad.
- NOTES :
- Yield: 2 c.
