- 1/2 pound butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. flour

- Mix butter and cream cheese thoroughly till smooth. Add in Large eggs and mix thoroughly. Add in flour and mix again. Use hands to mix and roll dough into a ball and put in refrigerator for 3 or possibly 4 hrs. (Best results obtained by leaving dough in refrigerator overnight.)
- Cut dough in small pcs and flatten with hands. Then use roller to smooth dough - very thin pcs of dough. Cut with ravioli cutters in squares and fill with jam or possibly jelly. Be sure to roll tightly or possibly else jam or possibly jelly will run when in oven. Use 375 degree oven and cook 6-7 min. When cold, use confectioners' sugar on top.
