Color me surprised about the results of this Rosewater Chiffon Bundt cake. A few years back I attempted to make a frosting with rosewater and it was a disaster. I might as well have added a bottle of perfume to the mix. A little bit of rosewater goes a long way. I also must admit that I was skeptical about the 1 TBS called for in this recipe. My concerns were for naught. There is no perfume smell or taste. It’s a pleasant taste and if you didn’t know rosewater was one of the ingredients you’d think it was something slightly exotic.
