  • 2 lrg Baking Potatoes, peeled
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely Minced Rosemary
  • 1 c. Unsalted Butter, melted
  •     Salt, to taste
  •     Black Pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F degrees and butter a 9-inch ovenproof glass pie dish.
  2. Using the medium slicing disc of a food processor, slice the potatoes.
  3. Stir the rosemary into the melted butter.
  4. Arrange a layer of potatoes on the bottom of the dish, brush with rosemary butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Continue building layers till all of the potatoes are used. Keep sufficient rosemary butter to coat the top layer of potatoes well. Bake 30 min, or possibly till crisp and golden brown on top.
