- 1 can Campbell's French Onion soup
- 1 can Campbell's Beef Consume
- 1 sm can mushrooms, stems and pcs, liquid removed
- 1 c. raw rice (regular rice, not minute rice)
- 1/4 c. margarine

- Mix everything together in a 9 x 13" pan. Cover and bake at 400 degrees Ffor 40 min.
- Serves approximately 6. When I serve my plate, I enjoy a little lowfat sour cream on top. I have used this recipe for over 30 years and everyone raves about it. It is also so quick to mix together and bake and a lot better than just baked potatoes.
