1/2 c. Onion -- minced
1/2 c. Celery -- minced
2 Tbsp. Oleo
1 c. Rice
1 pkt Broccoli -- frzn
1 can Soup -- cream of mushroom
1 can Soup -- cream of chicken
1/2 lb Pasteurized process cheese

Инструкции

Servings: 6 Saute/fry onion and celery in oleo till soft. Cook rice and broccoli sepa- rately according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together in a two-qt baking dish. Bake at 375 F. for 30 to 40 min.
This may be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
