- 3 c. Rhubarb, sliced 1/2" pcs
- 1 c. Apples, peeled, cubed
- 1/2 c. Strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 c. Sugar, granulated
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
- 1/2 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Butter/margarine
- 2/3 c. Sugar, brown, packed
- 2/3 c. Quick-cooking oats
- Â Â Vanilla ice cream, optional

- Greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over rhubarb mix. Set aside. In a bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt. Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in brown sugar and oats. Sprinkle over rhubarb mix. Bake at 350F for 40-50 min or possibly till lightly browned. Serve hot or possibly cool with a scoop of ice cream, if you like.
