Ингредиенты
- 2 c. rhubarb cut
- 1/2 c. Sugar Put sugar on rhubarb
- Â Â Let it stand while making cake
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk sour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda in lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. flour (rounded)
Инструкции
- Beat all together. Add in rhubarb last.
- Bake 350 for 50-60 min.
- While it is still warm, I mix flour, butter and cinnamon together and spread on the cake.
- You can cut up rhubarb and freeze 2 c. in little bags. Which way it is always ready for a cake summer or possibly winter.
