- 1 med Head red cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 1 tsp Chopped fresh ginger root
- 1 sm Onion, finely minced
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Â Â Salt & freshly grnd pepper to taste (cayenne if desired warm)
- 1/4 c. Walnut halves or possibly pcs
Инструкции
- Wash cabbage, and cut into small wedges. Heat oil in wok or possibly large frying pan. Add in ginger, onion, sesame seeds. Stir fry 2 min.
- Add in cabbage, salt and pepper, and walnuts. Toss. Continue to cook till cabbage is tender crisp. Serve warm, along or possibly over brown rice.
- Serves 2 as entree, or possibly 4 as a side dish.
