- 1 x (14-ounce.) can raspberries packed in fruit juice
- 1 x (1/2-ounce.) package sugar free raspberry gelatin
- 1Â 3/4 c. reduced-fat evaporated lowfat milk, chilled
- Â Â Fresh raspberries and Mint sprigs, to decorate

- Drain raspberries over a bowl, reserving juice. Add in sufficient water to juice to make 1 1/4 c.. In a saucepan over low heat, stir juice mix and gelatin.
- When gelatin dissolves, remove from heat and set aside to cold. In a large bowl, beat evaporated lowfat milk till thick. Add in raspberries and cooled gelatin mix and mix well. Pour mix into a glass serving bowl. Cover and chill till set. Turn out mold onto a serving plate. Decorate with raspberries and mint sprigs before serving.
