- 1/2 c. Orange Juice
- 3 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 c. Confectioners Suger
- 1 Tbsp. Grated Orange Rind
- 2 Tbsp. Orange Juice, (2 to 3)

- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat well, about 5 minutes. with electric mixer. Bake in a greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan 350 for about 30 minutes.
- Combine ingredients and drizzle over hot cake.
