Ингредиенты

3 c. Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 c. Cheddar, stale, grated
4 x Scallion, minced
1Â 1/2 c. Beer
1 x Egg, beaten
1 tsp Sesame seeds

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, baking pwdr, sugar, cheese, and scallions. Stir beer in gently to create a thick, sticky batter. Pour batter into greased loaf pan, 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 inches. Brush top of loaf with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in oven for 1-1/4 hrs or possibly till loaf browns. Remove from oven and cold on a wire rack.
