Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 1 c. Sugar; 4 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 c. Buttermilk; 1/3 c. Veg Oil; 2 tsp Vanilla; 2 x Egg; 2 Tbsp. Sugar; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 2 tsp Butter

Ингредиенты

2 c. Flour
1 c. Sugar
4 tsp Baking pwdr
1Â 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1Â 1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Buttermilk
1/3 c. Veg Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
2 x Egg
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Butter

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 temp. Grease and flour 9 inch round pan. In a large bowl mix flour, 1 c. sugar, baking pwdr, 1 1/2 t cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl combine buttermilk, oil, vannila, and Large eggs. Blend with dry mix and beat 3 min.
Pour into prepared pan. Combine remaining cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over the batter and swirl lightly.
Bake 45-55 min.
