- 1Â 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp double-acting baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 x egg
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter (2-3)
Инструкции
- PREHEAT oven 375 F. Grease 9"x9" pan or possibly a 9" cake pan.
- SIFT together flour, salt, baking pwdr, then set aside.
- CREAM together sugar and butter till light, then beat in egg and lowfat milk.
- Add in sifted ingredients to butter mix. Beat till batter is smooth. Place in greased pan.
- FOR TOPPING: Combine the flour, the 2 tbsp butter and the sugar and blend these ingredients till they crumble. Add in cinnamon. Spread the cook batter with 2-3 tbsp of melted butter. Sprinkle topping over the cake and bake for approximately 25 min.
