- 1 can pure pumpkin
- 1 bag mini dark chocolate chips

- Preheat oven at 425.
- Pour all ingredients in a very large bowl and mix with electric mixer
- Grease cookie sheet and spoon cookie dough on cookie sheet by the spoon full
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Take out of oven and let sit on the pan for another 10 minutes to finish cooking
