Рецепт PUMPKIN CAKE
This is a very easy recipe to make, I use a bundt pan and just use a little powdered sugar sprinkled on the top, or you can use cream cheese frosting, which is very yummy with this cake, I use extra spices because my family likes it that way, I just taste until I like it, but you can add more or less for your taste, I always add more cinnamon and allspice, and if you don't have allspice, use some pumpkin pie spice, it's great with this cake, hope you enjoy

- 2 cups of flour,
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of cloves
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of allspice
- 2 cups of white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of canola or vegetable oil, your choice
- 1 16 oz can of pumpkin

- Mix all dry ingredients together, set aside
- mix sugar and eggs in large bowl,
- beat at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy,
- add oil and pumpkin mix well,
- gradually add dry ingredients a little at a time, beating on low speed just until blended, bake in a 9x13 greased and floured, or you can bake in a bundt pan, the 9x13 for about 35 to 40 min at 350, the bundt pan for closer to an hour, just check on it,
