- 1 yellow cake mix, without pudding
- 1 c. water
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. minced nuts

- Grease a 9 x 13 pan and put 1/2 cup minced nuts on bottom of pan. Pour half of this batter on top of nuts: cake mix, water, large eggs, oil, and instant pudding, that have been beaten together for 4 min.Sprinkle with the mix of sugar and cinnamon, and then add in the rest of the batter and sprinkle top with 1/2 cup of minced nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 3 tbsp water; pour over cake while warm. Icing can be doubled.
