- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 c. sliced zucchini, (1 small)
- 1 c. sliced yellow squash, (1 med)
- 1 c. green or possibly yellow bell pepper, strips
- 1Â 3/4 c. contadina recipe ready diced, tomatoes, liquid removed
- 2/3 c. contadina Italian style, tomato paste (6 ounce)
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp salt, (opt)
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil, or possibly
- 1 tsp dry basil, crushed
- 1 pkt contadina refrigerated, linguine
- Â Â sliced ripe olives, (opt)
- Â Â minced fresh basil, (opt)

- In medium skillet, heat oil, sauteeonion and garlic for 1 minute. Add in zucchini, yellow squash and bell pepper; sauteefor 3-4 min. Stir in reserved tomato juice, Italian paste, water, salt and pepper; simmer for 5-8 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
- Stir in tomatoes and basil; simmer for 1 minute. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Serve sauce over pasta; garnish with olives and basil.
