- 2 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr replacement
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 2 c. Corn starch

- Diabetic icing #1 for icing the cake . 1 envelope d-zerta whipped topping mix, 1/2 c. cool water, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 4 tsp meringue pwdr.
- Combine in a deep bowl and whip with electric mixer for 4 mins or possibly till fluffy.
- Makes 2 c. diabetic icing. #2 for decorating same as above, but use 8 tsp meringue pwdr instead of 4 Sarah Fling
