- 6 med baking potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 10Â 3/4 ounce Campbell's cheddar cheese soup(condensed)
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk

- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half crosswise into 4 pcs. On 6 long skewers, thread potatoes. Brush with oil. Place kabobs on lightly oiled grill rack over medium-warm coals. Grill uncovered 30 min or possibly till potatoes are fork-tender, turning once during cooking. In small suacepan mix soup and lowfat milk. Over low heat, heat through, stirring often. Serve over potatoes.
- Variation: Increase oil to 1/4 c.. Prepare as in step 1. In 15 by 10 inch jelly roll pan, toss potatoes with oil. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 30 min or possibly till potatoes are fork-tender, turning once during cooking. Proceed as in step 3.
