- 1 c. water
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg. j(4 serving size) instant mashed potatoes
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 T grated parmesan cheese
Инструкции
- Bring water, butter and salt to boil, remove from heat. Stir in lowfat milk and potatoes; cool slightly. Beat in large eggs, Cheddar cheese and cayenne till well blended. Put into a well greased 1 qt casserole, sprinkle top with grated parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min till golden brown, puffed and set.
