- Cook and stir celery, rice, and onion in oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat till rice is golden and onion is tender. Stir in water, instant bouillon, soy sauce, and pork. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer till rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 18 to 20 min. Stir in green pepper, Cover and simmer 10 min longer.
