- 8 pork chops
- Veg. oil
- 2 T melted butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T salt
Инструкции
- Brown pork chops in oil and drain. In saucepan, add in flour to butter, stirring till thick. Slowly stir in orange juice and wine. Cook and stir till thick. Add in brown sugar and salt. Place chops in shallow casserole and pour sauce over them. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
