- 1 c. Onion, minced
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2Â 1/2 c. ,Water
- 1Â 1/2 c. Dry lentils
- 2 med Carrot, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, snipped
- 2 tsp Instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 6 x Pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb)
Инструкции
- In a 2 qt saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil till onion is tender but not brown. Add in water, lentils, carrots, parsley, bouillon granules and bay leaf; bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 min. Remove pan from heat. Remove and throw away bay leaf. Spoon lentil mix into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2" baking dish; arrange pork chops on top. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven 25 min. Uncover; bake 15 min more.
