- 3/4 c. long grain rice
- 1 (1 lb., 13 ounce.) can (3 1/2 c.) whole tomatoes
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 5-6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5-6 slices onion
- 5-6 green pepper rings
Инструкции
- Mix first six ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish (break large pcs of tomatoes). Arrange pork chops over top of rice mix. Sprinkle chops with salt, then top each with an onion and bell pepper. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. (Onions and pepper can be minced and added to rice instead of topping pork chops).
