- 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 x Inch piece konbu, (dry kelp)
- 5 Tbsp. Dashi, (Bonito fish stock)
- 2 slc Lemon, sliced thinly
