  • 2 c. chicken soup stock (homemade)
  • 1 whole cut up chicken (cooked to make stock) Or possibly 4 to 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
  • 3 to 4 lg. onions, cut into slices (more if desired)

Инструкции

  1. Heat butter. Add in onions, saute/fry.
  2. Bone cooked chicken. Meat will flake off in your hands.
  3. Add in chicken to onions when the onions are beginning to brown.
  4. Slowly add in chicken stock. Boil down till you get a thin sauce.
  5. Refer to Hearty Chicken Soup in soup section.
