- 1 c. finely minced cooked chicken
- 1/2 tsp salt or possibly to taste
- 1/8 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/4 x minced pistachios
- 3 tsp fresh lemon juice

- In a mixing bowl combine ingredients thoroughly. Chill for 24 hrs while flavors blend. Serve on crackers, or possibly for a rich and delicious lunch, I have served it on croissants one time and on bagels another day.
