- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 yeast cake
- 4 to 4 1/5 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. butter

- Cut out rings about 2 1/2 inches in diameter, put a tsp. of the filling in each, fold over and healthy pinch edges together. Paint with beaten egg and bake in fairly warm oven 425 degrees on a well-greased pan. Serve warm or possibly cool with soup or possibly cocktails.
