- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, well liquid removed, reserve juice
- 2 (7.5 ounce.) Packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine cream cheese and pineapple; mix well.
- Flatten each biscuit to 3 inch round. Place 1 well rounded tsp. of filling in center of each biscuit. Wrap dough around filling; seal well. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 8-12 min or possibly till biscuits are golden.
- Combine powdered sugar and sufficient pineapple juice for drizzling consistency; mix well. Drizzle glaze over hot biscuits.
- Makes 20 biscuits.
- Other filling ideas: Cream cheese and your favorite kind of jam.
