- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1 x Garlic clive,finely minced
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ginger

- 1. Place spare ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan; bake in preheated 325'F. oven 1 1/2 hrs.
- 2. Drain off drippings.
- 3. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over lamb.
- 4. Bake 45 min, basing lamb with pineapple mix frequently during baking period.
