Ингредиенты
- 2 c. Crushed pineapple
- 3 c. Mashed bananas, (no brown spots)
- 7Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 bot Certo or possibly 1 package Sure Jell
Инструкции
- 1. Follow directions for jam when using either Certo or possibly Sure Jell.
- 2. Stir and skim alternately for about 5 min.
- 3. Pour into sterilized glasses.
- 4. Top with warm parafin.
- YIELD: Approzimately 10 to 11 8-oz jars.
