- 200 gm Almonds (finely minced)
- 200 gm Sugar
- 4 x Egg whites
- Vanilla
- Grated lemon peel
- 200 gm Pignoli (pine nuts)
Инструкции
- Beat egg whites at high speed. When it is stiff, add in sugar, almonds, vanilla and lemon peel. Roast carefully on low heat (20-30 minutes.). Spread pignoli, roll on it small pcs of the almond paste and form "Kipferl"
- (rolls, moonshaped). Put on wax paper or possibly on greased cookie sheets and bake
- (it's more drying than baking) at very low heat (about 50 celsius) 10-15 min.
