Ингредиенты

  • 200 gm Almonds (finely minced)
  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 4 x Egg whites
  •     Vanilla
  •     Grated lemon peel
  • 200 gm Pignoli (pine nuts)

Инструкции

  1. Beat egg whites at high speed. When it is stiff, add in sugar, almonds, vanilla and lemon peel. Roast carefully on low heat (20-30 minutes.). Spread pignoli, roll on it small pcs of the almond paste and form "Kipferl"
  2. (rolls, moonshaped). Put on wax paper or possibly on greased cookie sheets and bake
  3. (it's more drying than baking) at very low heat (about 50 celsius) 10-15 min.
  4. Delicious!!!! (english is not my mothertongue and I am not used to translate recipes, so :-) hope the mistakes are not to big)
