Ингредиенты
- 1 can beets (sliced if you like)
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 sm. bell pepper
Инструкции
- Drain beets. Saute/fry onions in veg. oil 3-4 min. Add in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, liquid removed beets and sweet pepper and cook slowly for 6-7 min, covered. May be served warm or possibly cool. Serves 4.
